Recruitment of Microfranchisee (PBSA):

Recruitment of Micro-franchisee (PBSA) is to be done by registered & empanelled Recruitment & Training Consultants (RTC). The laid down procedure for Micro-franchisee recruitment is as follows:

  • The RTC will solicit potential Micro-franchisee (PBSA) through any legal medium like classified advertisement, print or electronic medium or even direct approach.
  • The RTC will enlighten and explain the business model of Chartergain.com and highlight the advantages of the micro-franchise system in order to help aspiring applicant to decide about taking up the micro-franchise.
  • The RTC will provide the prescribed application format to the applicant PBSA and receive the duly completed application form along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 2500.00 [ Basic micro-franchise fee Rs.2225.00 +Rs 275.00 (12.36% service tax)] ( Rupees Two Thousand & Five Hundred ) only drawn in favour of Chartergain Management Services and payable at New Delhi as Micro-franchise fee from the applicant.
  • The RTC will train up the prospective PBSA on how to operate his micro-franchise as a PBSA including general sales skill.
  • The RTC is eligible to charge an amount of Rs1000/ -(Rupees One Thousand) only in cash from the applicant as consolidated charges for consultancy, recruitment, training, documentation, correspondence, liaison, communication, courier etc.
  • The RTC shall endorse the application of the applicant PBSA with his seal and signature and courier it to Chartergain Management Services at its New Delhi address.
  • The RTC shall also intimate the Micro-franchise department of Chartergain Management Services by E-mail about the brief details including payment particulars.

Eligibility to become a Micro-franchisee:

  1. Willingness to take up the full fledged career of a PBSA.
  2. Sound interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Net savvy.

How to apply:

  1. Read the terms of use of the website and the terms and conditions for Micro-franchise.
  2. Duly fill up the application form supplied to you by the RTC .
  3. Purchase a Demand Draft for the amount required for paying the Micro-franchisee fee, drawn in favour of chartergain Management Services, payable at New Delhi & send it to Chartergain Management Services, Gesco Corporate Centre, The Great Eastern Centre, 70, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019.
  4. Attach the Demand Draft and all other necessary papers if any to the RTC and ask for a duly acknowledged to receipt from the RTC

Micro-franchisee Certificate:

Once the application for Micro-franchise is accepted a Micro-franchisee Certificate will be issued and sent to the applicant through the PBSA.

Validity of a Micro-franchisee:

  1. The validity of a Micro-franchise is one year.
  2. If a PBSA succeeds in procuring at least 10 (Ten) memberships of any category of PMPs a free renewal will be awarded for another one year.
  3. In case a PBSA fails to meet the above specified target the normal procedure of fresh application will have to be followed.

TERMS OF OPERATION FOR PBSAs:

  • A PBSA will operate as per the following rules as a Micro-franchisee of Chartergain Management Services:
  • Solicit and introduce interested professionals to the paid membership programme of www.chartergain.com
  • Procure advertisement for the website.
  • Sale the value added services available through the website.
  • Render paid customised services of his own to the PMPs of the website.
  • A PBSA must explain the business and working model of the website in its true terms before introducing a professional as a paid member or PMP.
  • A PBSA shall not under any circumstances accept any fee payable to Chartergain Management Services in cash. All such payments should be advised to be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Chartergain Management Services and payable at New Delhi .
  • A PBSA shall charge only the consolidated consultancy charges as specified in Chartergain.com in cash and issue a proper cash receipt to the payer.
  • The PBSA shall not use the PBSAs Micro-franchisee certificate for any purpose other than the bona fide role of a PBSA of Chartergain Management Services.
  • All PBSAs must keep themselves accessible by others through every possible means of communication at all times.
  • All services provided by PBSAs under the prescribed services to be provided by them are to be charged by them as per their own tariff structure and they will solely be responsible for delivery and quality of those services. Chartergain Management Services will not be responsible for any omissions and commissions in this regard whatsoever.
  • The process of soliciting for membership, consent by a prospective professional to apply and completion of application formalities is entirely an exercise between the applicant and the PBSA. Up to this stage Chartergain Management Services will not bear any responsibility of the applicant and his application. Only after the completed application form along with all relevant papers and the requisite membership fees are received by Demand Draft, Chartergain Management Services will assume responsibility of offering the membership services to the new member.
  • A PBSA may enter into any contract or agreement with a PMP for purposes beneficial to both them but this will not any way implicate Chartergain Management Services into such contracts.
  • Chartergain Management Services reserves the right to cancel the Micro-franchise of a PBSA in the event of any business misconduct without any prior notice to the PBSA.
