SERVICES BY PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS SERVICE ASSOCIATE (PBSA) (Prescribed as Standard Services to be provided by PBSAs to their clients as Micro-franchisee)
1. Business representation: To represent on behalf of the PMP for soliciting business from potential clients on proper authorization & direction of the PMP.
2. Client Servicing: A PBSA may be entrusted or engaged by a PMP to help deliver services to his clients as well as gather feedback about the level of satisfaction.
3. Market Survey: PBSAs may be entrusted to undertake special market survey exercises by PMPs.
4. Documentation & liasioning: PBSAs may offer documentation services like procuring government licenses, permits, etc. and undertake liasoning with government, semi government, corporate and any private
Organization on behalf of a PMP.
5. Public Relations: PMPs may engage PBSAs to undertake public relation exercises for them.
6. Any Customized Services: PBSAs may offer their own customized services to PMPs.
NOTE: All services by PBSAs in this category are to be charged by them as per their own tariff structure and they will be solely responsible for the delivery and quality of such services. Chartergain Management Services shall not be responsible for any omissions and commissions in this regard whatsoever.
* NOTE: Membership packages can also be bought by ( without the PBSA services ) paying the discounted basic prices through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Chartergain Management Services & payable at New Delhi & sending it by a reliable courier to Chartergain Management Services , Gesco Corporate Centre, The Great Eastern Centre, 70, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 . But the following services will not be available for such memberships (without PBSA services):

* NOTE:
(1) Chartergain Management Services (CMS) reserves the right to edit any of the information provided by an applicant in order to rectify grammatical errors and to suit typing space limitations.
(2) All registered members are advised to keep their user ID and Passwords in safe custody. Chartergain Management Services shall not be responsible for their safe keeping.
(3) The sender (either the applicant or the PBSA) will receive the subscription and membership documents by courier service.
(4) The user ID and password will be sent to the personal email account of the applicant and that should be kept safely for using in log in and profile upgradation purposes.
(5) The PBSA should not be paid any other amount other than what he is entitled to charge as per the package list.
(6) The Membership application form should be complete in all respects or else CMS reserves the right to reject them.
(7) All membership applications along with the requisite Membership fee in the form of a Demand draft drawn in favour of Chartergain Management Services & payable at New Delhi should be sent either by the applicant himself or the PBSA.
(8)Chartergain Management Services reserves the right to accept, reject & terminate the membership of a PMP without assigning any reason& prior notice.
(9)If any applicant has registered online before sending the Membership application form, then the ID number should be quoted correctly or else a new registration will be done ignoring any previous registration.
